I received a ticket of a dynamics 365 (online) user that when he tries to open a contact, gets this error
The user has full read access to contacts.
Have you any idea for the cause & resolution of the error?

I contacted the user and said that when he used other browser he had not any problem.

But as this is online environment, we would like to request you to verify the functionality using System Administrator account and if still not able to resolve, please help to open support ticket with Microsoft using https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support.
