Does any one know what is the cause and resolution for it?
My customer is using Microsoft Dynamics version 2016 online. When she created a new Quote, she chooses a potential customer. Then shes entered Product ID, Product Name, Pr per Unit, Qty, Amount and then press Save button. The error message "The following error occurred: Missing Price List." came up.
Can you advise if there is any solution to resolve the issue? Thanks!

Can you advise how to obtain the log file when I see the error message?
When I see the error message, I tried to highlight on it, right click on it and see if there is a way to download the error message. But there is no way for me to download or open the log file.

Hi Jacky,
I guess your question is not complete. Users cannot add products to a quote until it is saved. And if you have saved it, pricelist must be filled already.
Can you share the error log file, when you get the error; click on download log file.
If the issue happens in one computer only, what is the possible cause for it?
The reason I say is that we have found that the same error message does not come up if user login using the same account and perform the same transaction using another computer. Just her computer has issue.
before adding the products to the grid , you are suppose to select to which price list it belongs .....under price list the products should be added
