Hello, i have a 5 till RMS system. The 5th till is only used twice a year during our seasonal busy period.
Till 5 hasn't been used in a while and when i went to use it today the activation had someone lapsed. I reactivated the product and could get back into the store operations POS and all the items are there. However i am unable to tender a transaction and get the following error message
Error occured during tender process begin. Check event log for details.
Any ideas why this is or solutions to fix it?
I can find the event log but it is a DAT file an i am unable to open it properly.
Have turned all tills and server on and off again
