How to create new outgoing mailbox to send emails from

Hi All

We need to conditionally allocate outgoing email address so its not the user who is performing email action that the email relates to. Now the problem is how do we add new outgoing mailboxes (shared) from office 365/entra to Dynamcis Sales so we can use non user specific mailbox

Hello,

You can use queues to send emails in Dynamics 365.

Create and manage basic queues for cases

Hello Dear,

You have to create a new field as outgoing email in any setup page and run the job Queue.
