Web Service Access Key Popup Alert

Does anyone know how to permanently get rid of this alert?  So far, I have tried 2 things:

  • Unchecking the Web Service Access Key in My Notifications

  • Searching "Web Service Access Key" and following the prompts to disable it in all companies (both PROD & Sandbox instances).

However, all users are still receiving this alert each time we open BC, which is quite a few times throughout the day.  It has become incredibly annoying.

Thanks for any suggestions!

    Hi,

    You must delete in ALL the users the web service Access Key (one by one).

    With this, after 24 hours, you will not receive the message.

    Don't forget to help the community by verifying the answer or at least like the suggestion if it did help in any way. It will let others know that the topic has verified answer and was beneficial to you.
