Error executing code: No system global variables.

Hello.

We have only 1 user who continues to receive the below error upon log in only :

Error executing code: No system global variables.  Stack trace (C) Forms\smmDocuments\Designs\DesignList\DocuEmail\Methods\Tooltip.

We tried clearing the AOS session and deleting the Usage Data record refererencing to smmDocuments, but neither has worked.

We are using AX-2012 in a hosted environment.

    Hello Ievgen

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I already looked at this.

    1)  This is happening for 1 user only.  

    2)  I do not have access to change/update any programming logic since I am not a developer.

    3)  Our environment is hosted and we have no access to the AOS layer, so any session related issues need to be fixed by our hosting partner.

    Then you need to get in touch with your AX implementation partner to check for hotfixes applicable for you, or see if the code change suggested in the topic linked by Ievgen is resolving the issue. It does not really matter whether your environment is hosted or not, as the recommendation is that you should have a copy producible from the Live environment (QA/Test/Staging/Dev, or however you call it), where you could troubleshoot such issues.
