New to this forum and in process of evaluating Dynamics BC for a newly formed organisation - I have a question about the Team member licence and whether this allows a user to enter timesheets, or whether these users need a full licence.
Set up is initially expected to be 2-5 full licences and up to 20 timesheet users (there may be others who only get a Teams licence). It would not work, cost wise, if these users need a full licence.
Also, does the external Accountant need a paid for licence?
Any help or guidance appreciated.
