Hi all,
I am running into an issue with the Vendor table not syncing with the D365 Sales Account table. This was working earlier in the week as records are coupled to the Sales records.
When trying to open the coupled Account, the message "The application is not designed to integrate table 23 with Dataverse."The configuration of the Dataverse Connection Setup has not changed so I'm unsure on what is causing the issue. All other tables are syncing and updating without issues.
Does anyone know how to resolve the issue?
This is fixed in 22.1
Would you happen to know if there was any communication that was sent about regarding a change like that? I may have missed the communication if a change like that was coming
If MS has disallowed syncing of BC Vendors to CRM Accounts, then you could do a custom integration on either the BC or CRM side.
(For example, CRM has a Vendor table. You could synce BC Vendor to CRM Vendor and then use a flow of some kind in CRM to sync Vendor to/from Account.)
Appreciate the reply.
I'm glad I am not alone in running into the issue. I thought I may have changed a setting somewhere and not realized it. I'll have to report it as well so there's more visible if that is the case
We just encountered the same after update to v22. I've also tested in a newly set up out-of-the-box BC integration with D365 CE and the same error occurred.
It could be a bug in v22 and will need to be reported and wait for MS for a fix.
