Try hiding Switch process button from navigation menu..
You can completely hide "Switch Process" button, by using Hide Action or you can hide switch process button using Display rules for Switch process button.. and in Display rules you can define like show only for particular user roles..
It is very easy to hide this button using the Ribbon Workbench - see ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../102796-5-hiding-unhiding-ribbon-elements

As this is metadata change, You need to clear app data and in some updates reinstall the APP completely.
If you are using opremise CRM, run the following query in DB and check once.
delete from SystemApplicationMetadataBase
Hi Goutham A/RaulOcana,
Thanks for your quick response.
I have already tried to clear app data and reinstall the app.
When I hide switch process button using Ribbon Workbench, button is not visible in web and tablet instance but in Mobile devices when I go to Business Process UI in opportunity -> change the stage -> clicking on ... option. Now I can see Switch Process button.
Please follow above steps to reproduce issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
