Business Portal Approval Hierarchy

Good Day

One of the employees in my company is having trouble getting a requisition approved. whenever she logs a REQ it is not being sent to her manager for approval. as far as I can tell the approval hierarchy has been set up correctly for this. Could you please advise if there are any other issues which may cause the requisition to not be submitted correctly?

Really hard to say without being able to see your setup Andrew. I would say reviewing the link posted would be a good start. Did anything with this user change since she was last able to get this to work? Is she setup more than one time in the hierarchy?
