How to change Finance and Operation Environment Administrator Password
As I know, the is no setting for change password in Finance and Operation. and we can add user to Finance and operation. password can updated outside of Finance and Operation.

Which exact password are you referring to? The password for accessing the VM? If so, you can also set the password to not expire: dynamicspedia.com/.../
In Dynamics 365, I know there is a tool and can make your own domain account as admin.
for your domain account, you can reset/change password as your previous way.
You should not change the password of the VM local admin account. Otherwise any updates from LCS will fail.

many answers have been provided. Also the point that the local admin password should not be changed. Could you in turn share more information about what you want to achieve? This would help you get the best help possible.
"Finance and Operation Environment Administrator" password to me is the password of the user that appears as "Environment administrator" in LCS when you watch the properties, for example, of self service production enviroment like in the image I'm attaching. It is usually the same that deployed to environment, if I am not mistaken.
I am pretty interested, cause I need to change it as the guy who is listed as environment administrator is leaving the company. Does anybody know if it is OK to change the password of this 365 user?
That's not at managed by LCS. That's the AAD user who deployed the system. You can reset the password in Azure Actice Directory, assuming the account still exists.
It's recommended that you use service accounts when deploying systems, instead of employee's personal (work) accounts so that you would avoid this issue.
Thanks for your answer. Sorry I miswrote. The account is not personal actually (it is something like "it_department@mycompany.com"), but that member of the IT department knows the password for obvious reasons, so the issue can never be avoided.
