Hi All,
I have created web application for pdf report that will generate every monday.
Now i want to schedule it on scheduler. But issue is i am using CRM Online version.
My question is where should i schedule my application so the report generate on every monday and email send to clients?
As its online crm, we dont have database server. Where should i schedule the application?

Hi!
You can create windows service. For example, windows service will run once per a day and get data from your web service and create emails for users. You can configure the time when you want the windows service start to work.

It depends , Microsoft Flow is inculded as Part of CRM Plan 1 entreprse edition .
You can check it , by going to the office 365 of the user : you will see the Flow app.
Otherwise , if you ahve a differnet License , you can purchase one is not costly .

I am not using SSRS report. I have created web application with infra report. I want to schedule this application.

we have not configured email setup yet now. Cant we schedule this without router. I have written send mail code in application. Doesnt that work?

No i am not aware about Microsoft Flow. Do i need to purchase a license for this.

I think this is impossible. In CRM online you don't have access to SSRS Reporting Services.

You can do it by writing a console application - very tricky though.
We ended up using this - very good solution - www.iotap.com/.../report_scheduler_ms_dynamics_crm
Did you check Microsoft Flow . it provides a trigger based on schedule to perform operations on Dync 365 online and has connecters to many Applications ?
