When issuing a credit memo, an item must be selected to credit. When the credit is issued, does this also return the item, or does it just create a credit document on the customer's account for the value of the item?

Dear Frank,

As per my limited knowledge AX POS also return item while creating a credit memo.

Hi Frank,

Yes, When the credit is issued, does this also return the item.

If u check in the transaction the Quantity of item is positive.
