Hi all,

How do I change sync direction for appointment time under appointments?? I wan to set to neither direction.

Is it possible?? Screenshot below.

Hi,

I’m afraid that this field can’t be set to neither direction. According to the documentation(What fields can be synchronized between customer engagement apps and Outlook? - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs), you can only set these field’s direction: Attachments, Body, Location and Subject.
