I am new to B2B e-commerce and have a few questions. Would be thrilled if someone could help me out.
- We currently know that vendors have the capability of buying items on credit. However, what is the exact flow of requesting credit? In the videos I've watched thus far show the complete On-boarding experience for business partners, but fail to show how the credit limit is determined. Furthermore, what will the flow be for requesting an increase in the initial set credit limit?
- Is there capability for handling product returns, and showing them in full account order history? Would this require customization?
- Given, a business partner recommends that a Purchase Order is required for placing orders, can this request be accommodated? Or will this again require customization?
