Hi Expert,
I am trying to install MPOS without offline, but getting following error message.
1. I have recreated the Device and register multiple time and execute the all jobs.
2. Device validated successfully.

Typically, this error results from previous failed activation attempts that are cached; and and we stop passing credentials. Then it tries to log in anonymously, which we do not allow.Please try the below:1. Close MPOS.
2. Kill the DLL host.exe.3. Launch MPOS again.4. Choose Guided activation.
This error is taking place because, as was outlined in the error message, invalid Staff ID or Password were provided. Since this is RSSU deployment you can see the prove of that if you look into Retail Server's log in Event Viewer under Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer-Operational, there will be an event with ID 6943 and it will indicate that a call RetailServerStaffLogOn to Headquarter has failed with an error "The staff id or password is not correct".
So, you need to use correct Login/Password.
