Hello dear community,

I found a post from 2023, so I wanted to ask again since Microsoft is going the way of To-Dos.

Is it now possible to create tasks from Dynamics 365 CRM that are created as todos where I can access them via Outlook (New)?

Hey!

There's an integration with Planner in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/planner-sync. YOu can also sync Dynamics 365 Tasks with Outlook Tasks, as indicated on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-addin/admin-guide/configure-synchronization-appointments-contacts-tasks
