Electronic reporting word template range doesn't show up in the designer

Hello,
 
I have added a new content control to my word template but after uploading the word template I don't see it as range created in the format
 
content control
 
 
ER fromat designer no content control SLipLines_Bundle in the range tree
 
 
Maybe I need to somehow refresh it?
any help will be much appreciated.

    Can you show us some details in your word about the control itself (1) and how the report looks in the xml mapping part (2)?
     
    I would expect there might be a typo or so.
