Hello,

I've experienced a trouble trying to update my Production environment to v.19.2.

The error message from microsoft in my mail it's empty, only says that failed to update.

Anyone else is sufering from this error?

The only thing that is different respect other production environments is that mine was migrated from a BC16 to the 19.0 OnCloud.

Thank You in advance.

Have you checked out the operations page in the admin center?

If that does not give you enough information you should raise a support ticket with Microsoft through your CSP partner.

    Hi,

I have faced this error many times. There are a number of causes, which may or may not match your case, but in my case it was a timeout due to lack of MS resources due to a high concentration of upgrade processes in the Azure region the tenant belongs to.

You may want to raise a Service Request as Inge M. Bruvik commented.

    Hi

We had this issue many times. When we checked with Microsoft they said something about "update windows" which means in their end (without any notice) they define a few "block windows" for upgrade and hence tenant cannot upgrade. These windows are not publish anywhere. As other experts mentioned please contact your partner to check with Microsoft.

    SOLUTION:

The solution resides in the cloud migration process.

I missed an important step like is to Disable the Cloud Migration once is ended.

For this reason i wasn't been able to upgrade my BC.

I spect that is can be usefull for anyone else.
