Thanks for the info Jayson. I did verify that we are not shipping regardless of availability. It looks like what happened was the item was on the SO twice, and each line was associated to a PO as a Goods for Sales Order line on the PO. We received one of the lines on the PO, a Shipper wasn't created so we forced the Shipper, and when we were deleting lines off the Shipper that we didn't want to ship, we deleted the wrong one of the two lines for that item. So the SOLine and POAlloc info wasn't correct.

Thanks for posting! The first thing you should check is the Site ID in Inventory to see if it is setup with the option selected to "Ship Regardless of Availability". If this option is selected, the Shipper will be generated even if there are none on hand. Let me know what you find.
