Unable to compact any FRx databases

As my final prep for Management Reporter 2012 I am supposed to compact the system and each spec set database (we have 10). I am unable to compact any of them because it says that someone is accessing it. We only have FRx on citrix so I can 100% verify that NO users have it open. I am also able to rename any of the files in the sysdata directory so clearly no one is accessing those files either.

Why can I not compact anything?

Check your SysData folder and see if there are any locks present. I'm going from memory, but I think they are *.LCK files. Delete them and see if that fixes the issue.

There aren't any lck files at all.
