Shift select multiple items in POS

Hi,

This seems like something that should be really obvious to do but we are unable to select multiple items in the POS window. For example, when trying to apply a discount % to just two or three items in one transaction each item has to be selected individually and then have the % taken off. This is a huge hassle/time waster if multiple items have to be discounted in the one transaction.

Shouldn't RMS have the functionality to CTRL+CLICK or SHIFT+CLICK multiple items? Is there a way I can add this to RMS? Is there something I am missing?

Hi. Because of the intelligence built in to RMS this will not work. What I have done is build category or department dependent discount structures, via buttons (custom add-ins) for clients so they could choose

the category, etc, and the discount parameters.
