I have a client wanting to know if there is a way to find out who and when Payables and Receivables sub-ledgers have been closed. Is this possible?

Hi,
If you do not have an Audit Trails module and you didn't have Activity Tracking turned on, I do not believe you can find this information. I do not know of any table that holds the data. So, the short answer is no.
