Pay agreement lines >> minimum and maximum values

Hi,

I wonder how the minimum and maximum properties in the pay agreement lines are working.

I followed this article to know their definition.

however, i want to know if these values are taken into consideration in the Payroll module (exactly i need to know in which classes or forms these fields are considered in the salary calculation).
