CRM Database Upgrade to SQL 2008 R2

Folks:

Here is the our CRM environment:

CRM 4.0, Reporting Services 2005 on Server XYZ - 32 bit (Windows Server 2003)
SQL Server 2005 on Server ABC - 32 bit (Windows Server 2003)

I will be upgrading our database server from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 R2. SQL 2008 R2 will be on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit. Question is because my CRM and Reporting services are on the same server, the Reporting services will be upgraded to SQL 2008 but on 32 bit. Is this possible and will it have any issues?

Thanks !

The implementation guide states that reporting services must be installed on a 64-bit SQL Server 2008 or later.

Do you have a way to upgrade to 64 bit edition? Feridun is correct.
