Hey everyone,
I am trying to print the generate the packing slip a and I keep getting this error message. Any idea why am I getting this infolog??

It seems you don't have the item in on hand inventory.

it seems like there is enough of that item on hand so that's why I dnt get why I would have such error message.
This could be a decimal issue on the unit CA. Default decimals are set to zero and it seems you need to set it to 2.
If you have access, go to Organization Administration > Setup > Units > Units
Locate the unit CA
In the Rounding section, change the decimals field to 2
when I try to set the CA decimals to 2 it gives me this error message
That is correct, you cant set decimal on catch weight. I didn't realize that's what it was. Are you sure the items are picked? Make sure your pick list registration is completed.
If the packing list is completed. This order might have output orders. Try going to the lines and click inventory > Output orders and delete what's there. Now try to do your packing list registration.
