Outlook Add-In - Create Interaction Error Message

Hi everyone,

I seem to be getting the following error message when trying to "Create Interaction" with the Outlook Add-in. However, I'm able to add opportunities, create contacts, etc.

Does anyone know the reason I'm getting the below message.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Some tasks are not possible inside the add-in.

As far as I know this is standard behavior. Some data cannot be displayed or processed in the Outlook client, so this error is prompted.

As mentioned in the error message, please handle it in the web client.
