How to add a lead to an existing OPP?

Hi,  Is there a way to add a new lead to an existing Opportunity?  Unfortunately due to training/user error we have created Opportunities from scratch rather than qualifying  the lead.  I would like to add the lead to the opportunity we created manually,.
