Hi,
The Quote ID is no longer generating a automatic Quote ID as it is on the Quote Information tab
Does not work:
It prompts to add a Quote ID, This was working before.
While on the Main Quote form it works as expected
This is a system setting.
Any help is greatly appreceiated.

Hi nickmang,
From your screenshot, I see the Quote ID field is required as well as editable. In this case, CRM will not allow you to save the quote.
You need to make this field read-only from the Form-editor, then it will work properly and generate the Auto-number as configured. See screenshot below.
And the form is quick create form in first screenshot, you can remove 'Quote ID' from it directly, which can also make quote record create successfully.

I had tried that but made sure that it is checked bu still get the same behaviour.
If I try to remove the field it does no allow me, with the following message.

In general, you need unlock the field before removing it.
But the 'Lock the field on the form' option for 'Quote ID' is grey-out, so you can't uncheck it.
Or you cam try to uncheck 'Visible by default' option to hide the field in form, which also cam create records successfully in my example test.
