Can D365 F&O/Project Operations be used for sponsored projects (grants) accounting? Need references.

Hi,

My organization is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including Project Operations. We need the ability to manage research grants, on par with a university/academic customer, and this would include supporting things like fringe benefit and indirect cost rates and sponsored projects accounting in general. There are various rules set forth in the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) that we need to be able to follow in our accounting system.

I am looking for customers who already use D365 in a setting like this so that I can speak with them about their current practices. Is there anybody here who fits that description or who knows a customer like this?

Thanks,

Matt
