Can the Partner Portal be integrated with D365 For Sales?

Our organization will be migrating to D365 For Sales later this year and I wanted to know if the Partner Portal has the capability of being integrated into CRM.  We have Distribution Partners that need to provide us with Opportunity information on a regular basis. We're evaluating different options and the Partner Portal came up as a possible solution.  We would need information between CRM and the Partner Portal synced to reduce manual data processing and unify our product listings.  I haven't found information about this in the MS literature yet, nor has my Google search produced any valuable leads due to the wide ranging use of "Partner Portal".  Is it possible to connect these two systems? And, if so, what are some good resources that may provide an overview for how to accomplish this?  Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

If you are planning to connect Power Apps Portal as Partner Portals also known as Dynamics portal then, yes you can publish CRM data and entities to Portal.

    Thanks

We're not planning anything at the moment and PowerApps isn't part of our use-case.  I'm just researching options.  Our O365 Admin can go into the MS admin area and deploy a "Partner Portal".  On the surface, it has many features we'd like our distributors to take advantage of. However, if it doesn't integrate with CRM, the features won't be an improvement to what we have to do now.  So I'm wondering if anyone has successfully linked D365 for Sales with the Partner Portal.

Anyone in the CRM community know if this is possible?  A rep at Microsoft hasn't responded with an answer either.
