Hello,

Is the FRx module supported when on an instance of VMWare ESXi?  I have dug around a fair bit and since VMWare is part of the SVVP program it states that there is support when the server hosting GP is in a VMWare infrastructure; nowhere have I found anything stating support for the FRx module.  Can someone link me with documentation or let me know if you are one of the MS Support providers for this product?  I appreciate your time.

    Being that I have been using FRx since it was first released, I very rarely if ever contact support with a question. Even if I did I would see no reason even to mention VM Ware. VM Ware or Hyper-V has never come into the conversation. I would not allow them to use that as an excuse.

    Have you ever been denied support because of your environment being installed in VMWare?

    I have FRx on dozens of VM Ware servers and client images and never had any issue with any of them. I am not aware of any FRx/VM Ware specific documentation. Just follows the same rules as for any OS and you will be fine.
