I've setup Server Side Synchronisation for e-mail messaging (2016 on premise, exchange 2010 on premise). One account has my personal e-mail address.
Whatever profile I select in my Set Personal Options (all email messages/email messages in response/etcetera), the system keeps synchronising my entÃre inbox immediately after enabling my mailbox.
This is a big issue for us, because we can't afford to have all emails synchronised, we want only the crm-related mails.
How to achieve this? What am I doing wrong?
