Dear friends,
I notice, form Header and Footer is not showing in Partner Portal. Only Body part is showing in output.
I have place few fields in Header and want to show it in Partner Portal. How can i achieve this? Help will be much appreciate.

the header/footer are not displayed in an entity form in the Portal
what you can do is duplicate your CRM form, and add the fields into a section/tab representing the header/footer, but it won't have the same look & feel as CRM
another option would be doing a custom render on your form, this way you could change the layout, but that's more work to do
