Extension Not Working In All Companies

Hi guys i developed an extension on my on-prem BC150 version and i have 3 companies so i published the extension and its visible in every company but the functionality of the extension is only working in one company (its a dimension functionality that autopicks dimensions when you upload a Gen journal )

Hi

I would tell you to analyze and review the extension, it is possible that the guidelines or requirements in some company are not met so that it does not work properly.

I guess you have the same company setup in all 3 companies?
If you see the extension in extension management with "Installed = true" - then it is installed an active.

If it does not work in several companies, you may not matching the needed criteria for it to run...

Copy the working company and try it there, if it works the other 2 companies have a different setup somewhere.

As mentioned its either something to do with the data in the companies, or an issue with the extension.

If you add a simple Helloworld to your extension, I think it will work in all three companies.

If you haven't added any settings to control your functionality, this is clearly a problem with your code.
