Hi,
Please check: www.microsoft.com/.../add-and-manage-users-and-set-security-roles.aspx
In CRM Online:
1. Go to Settings > Security. (How do I get there?)
2. Choose Security > Users.
3. In the list, select the user or users that you want to assign a security role to.
4. Choose Manage Roles. Only the security roles available for that user's business unit are displayed.
5. In the Manage User Roles dialog box, select the security role or roles you want for the user or users, and then choose OK.

Lalit,
At first, it depends on your environment, are you using CRM online or onpremise
For Online one, it is straight forward you can just create the user, now managed by Office 365 and then you are no need to create Active Directory User, you just need a license.
Here is for CRM Online:
technet.microsoft.com/.../jj191623.aspx
technet.microsoft.com/.../jj191618.aspx
But for Onpremise, you need at first to create Active Directory Users.
And then must join to AD you use for installing CRM.
After that just go to CRM, Settings -> Administration -> Security -> Users and you can create single or by multiple users within Domain
Then do not forget to assign security Role.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Hi Lalit,
As mentioned by Aileen in an On-Premise environment first you need to create a user in Active Directory.
Now depending on CRM version you can create users.
For CRM 2011/2013 - Settings -> Administration -> Security -> Users
For CRM 2015 - Settings -> Security -> Users
Now simply use the username and the Full Name should get populated.
You can assign role once you have created a user.
Hope this helps you!
