    Hi Ezra,

I looked up the error that your tenant was returning and the detailed message is this:

"Report with ID "10401" is not compliant with this version of the product. You must upgrade the report before you can use it."

Are you using a custom version of this report? If so, please sign in to Financials and open the Report Layout Selection page. Locate the report ID 10401. First let's export your report. To do this click on the Custom Layouts button on the ribbon, then click on the Actions tab on the ribbon and click the Export Layout button. Next we will update the report. I believe that you are still in the Customer Report Layouts for the 10401 check. If so, click on the Actions tab on the ribbon and click the Update Layout button. If the update is successful, you should get the following message:

"The RDLC layout has been updated to use the current report design."

    Hi Tammy,

I tried modifying a check format and It appears that I have to use SQL Report Builder 2014 NOT the SQL Report Builder 2016.

Thanks for your help I was able to resolve this.

    Ezra
