I currently have a D365 Sales customer that utilizes Customer Insights for their sales staff. They would like to view or track Customer Insights usage by the sales staff. Are there any analytics available to track? The only place we see users is in the security setup, that we know of.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi RichBeliveau,

Dynamic 365 does not provide OOB functionality.

So I had an idea: create a custom field and change its value when the form is loaded.
