Sorting Columns by Ascending/Descending order in Dex Lookup

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello All,

I want to sort a new dex lookup window in Ascending/Descending order based on when the user clicks the header, like with the smartlist.

I have a lookup built with 7 fields in the scrolling window.  The headers are push buttons, so when the user clicks the header for that field, I want the scrolling window to fill in ascending order.  If the user clicks it again, I want the scrolling window to fill in descending order.

Can anyone offer advice on where to start?

Regards,

Aaron
