Hello Expert,
I logged as specific web role and fill out the case form and try to submit I m getting an error message.
But when I just enter the title but I don't fill out anything else I have no problem to submit the form .
I already check the permissions and assigned the proper web role.
What are your suggestions ?

Please make sure you have permissions to "Create,Write,Append and Append to".
And you could login the portal as administrator and try again to check if this issue caused by permissions.
