Is there a way to mass delete/purge the logs in Integration Manager? It doesn't appear as though the multi-select works in the Integration Logs window (View>>Integration Logs in IM).
Thank you.

Thanks for the clarification. If you do not highlight any of the logs and click on Purge, IM will present "Purge ALL Integration Logs for this Integration?" message. If you have 1 log highlighted and click on Purge, the message will be "Purge 1 Selected Integration Log(s) for this Integration?".
I guess I didn't make myself clear. Purge IS native to IM. Just right-click on the integration, select Properties, then go to the Logs tab. You will see a Purge... button.
I was looking for a way to do a mass purge/delete since you can't multi-select in any of the Log windows, but it doesn't sound as if there is unless you have MS Access.
Now I feel silly! In order to purge an integration log, open the integration, right-click on name of the integration and select Properties. Click on the Logs tab, then click the Purge button.
Hi Mariano,
Unfortunately, I do not have Microsoft Access, but have no doubt your solution would work. After manually deleting a year's worth of logs, for kicks I created a new .imd file and imported all my integrations into that one. Of course, all the logs were gone, plus it reduced the size of my .imd file by 25MB.
Thank you.
Integration Manager's IMD file happens to be a Microsoft Access database. Here's what you can do to clear the logs table:
1) Backup your IMD file
2) Copy/Paste it as a different file
3) Rename the copied file, i.e., if your IMD file name is IntegrationManager - Copy.IMD, you can rename to IntegrationManager.MDB
4) Open the MDB file with Microsoft Access
5) Locate the Logs table, right click and select Open
6) Highlight and remove the records in the file
7) Repeat step 5 for the LogDocuments, LogDocumentActivity, and LogActivity tables
8) Click on File, then select the Compact and Repair option
9) Go to File > Close
10) Rename your MDB file back to IMD. NOTE: save off your backup copy (original) taken in step 1 before renaming file back to IMD.
You should now see all the logs gone.
Hi Ven,
You are correct, I am in Chicago :) . I couldn't find a mass delete so I went ahead manually deleted 1,000+ logs.
Hello WindyCityGP (Are you based in Chicago?)
To the best of my knowledge this is supposed to work one integration at a time. I just tried this out in GP 2010 SP1 and it worked for me.
Best of luck,
