Tasks assigned to other user in CRM are still showing in Outlook

Hi,

I am having an issue with CRM tasks synchronization with Outlook. We have Dynamics 365 online and we have Server-side Synchronization with Exchange online.

There were few thousands of tasks assigned a User and were then re-assigned to a System user, but those tasks are still synced to the previous user's mailbox.

When I do advanced find in CRM for the tasks owned by that particular user, i don't get the tasks that were re-assigned. But they still appear in Outlook.

I also checked by changing those Tasks in Outlook and the change is synced to CRM.

I am unable to crack, why this is happening.

Appreciate any help that can be provided.

Thanks in advance.

Can you check if the synchronization is set up right?

or, a task that has its owner changed in CRM, is that being picked up in Outlook?

    HI Shidin,

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes the filter is set right and works fine for all the users.

The problem occurred after the tasks were assigned to different user. If I search for Tasks owned by the problem user, I do not see the tasks that were changed(recently assigned to other user, but they still appear in Outlook.

    Kind Regards,
