Hi All,

Currently I have the batch number sequence for manufactured items setup to generate Date and LotID. With this setup AX generates Date as the Manufactured Date (RAF) and the LotID. I have gotten a request if the Expiration Date be populated instead of the Manufacture Date (RAF).

Does any none know how this can be done in AX 2012?

Hi RASL,

If you need another date, then you have to customize the number groups. There is no setup out of the box which date to pick or calculate.
