AX Client using Remote App and Document Management on SharePoint Online issue?

Hi Friends,

  • Our Infrastructure is completely on Azure.
  • we are on AX 2012 R3 CU11
  • Users access AX through AX Client published on Remote App website
  • Our SharePoint is through Office 365
  • Document Management in AX is our SharePoint online
  • If user tries to upload a document from AX screen, it fails with an error (because it needs user domain creds for SharePoint online)
    • Work Around:
      • we published IE on the Remote App site
      • User Opens IE from Remote App
      • Log into Office 365 or SharePoint Online
      • Now User is able to successfully upload the document/file from AX screen

any idea how to fix this issue permanently ?
