AX Client using Remote App and Document Management on SharePoint Online issue?

Hi Friends,

Our Infrastructure is completely on Azure.
we are on AX 2012 R3 CU11
Users access AX through AX Client published on Remote App website
Our SharePoint is through Office 365
Document Management in AX is our SharePoint online
If user tries to upload a document from AX screen, it fails with an error (because it needs user domain creds for SharePoint online)
- Work Around:
  - we published IE on the Remote App site
  - User Opens IE from Remote App
  - Log into Office 365 or SharePoint Online
  - Now User is able to successfully upload the document/file from AX screen

any idea how to fix this issue permanently ?
