Does anyone have had any experience on creating and scheduling work orders for contacts in Field Service?
Customer has business scenarios where the work order could be created for an Account or for a Contact.
How to accomplish this requirement, any ideas?
For Service Account field you can only choose Accounts.

This is a limitation at the moment, The way I have done this for a reactive maintenance company is to have the case set to the contact and have the service address (the persons address) against the Service Account.
It's not tidy and I have raised this with Microsoft when I was down doing a few sessions with them in March.
