Ribbons are frozen (NAV 2013)

After a while, the ribbons freeze and you can open them only by double-clicking and close. 
Once you close the NAV and reopen it works fine again.

Someone an idea?

    Normally this never comes up, So may be you can restart the service and test.

    If you have something in Event Viewer this will help you!!

    Check if the Windows event viewer shows some error details.
