Hi,

We have a new FO sandbox environment and I'm setting the default SharePoint server for e-reporting. However, I am getting this error when clicking "Test SharePoint connection".

"You are not authorized to connect to 'xyz.SharePoint.com'"

I can open the SharePoint server using the "Open Sharepoint". I can also access (add/update/delete) any folder in the said SharePoint site. 

Can someone point me to the right direction? What am I missing? Please help. thank you in advance.

    Hi Alex,

    Are you using the same credentials? Have you also checked if the admin user account does have access on this sharepoint URL?

    You have the role as Project Owner for a project in Lifecycle Services (LCS) and you want to use a SharePoint Online team site to store the project documents and you have been granted Site collection administrator permissions for the site so you can do the needed setup.

    Note: that you must use the same account in LCS and the Sharepoint site or please ask your Admin to perform the action.

    Hi Team,

    We are facing the same issue in our Cloud Hosted F&O environment. Could you guide us how to fix this , we also gave the full rights to the Sharepoint site which we are integrated in this environment, also we are a global admin.
