Hello,
Can someone tell why is structure Compilation taking long time (around 4 hours) for each entity ?
Is there any way that I can reduce the execution time ?

Can you tell what you mean with 'Structure compilation' and with 'entity'? If you mean just compile the whole application, then try AXBuild which will perform compilation of several objects in parallel: docs.microsoft.com/.../axbuild-exe-for-parallel-compile-on-aos-of-x-to-p-code
