How to couple and synchronize customer, item and unit of measure

Hi, 
     Currently I'm integrating BC Online (Currency INR) with CRM (Currency USD). Completed the integration setup, Enabled the connection in Microsoft 365 Connection Setup. After the setup, in the Integration table mapping, Selected Customer table, enabled the buttons as shown below using match based coupling. Later Run Full synchronization. Like this I done for each and every table in integration table mapping. But, after all these steps, If I went to Customer Page or Item Page, I select One customer and tried to couple, sunchronize in CRM. I couldn't couple it. again and again getting message like /The Customer Record is not coupled to Dataverse/. 
 
    Also, If I create a quote or order in CRM, i can able to push those quote and Order to BC. But couldn't able to process those quote/order in BC. 
 
    I can able to create Invoice from the existing sale order in BC, and post it and synchronize that posted sales Invoice with CRM. I can bale to see that invoice in CRM,
 
    Issues I'm facing here is i cannot able to couple and synchronize the tables in the integration table mapping. How to do that? where I stuck and How to proceed further? Also why I'm unable to create quote or order from quote - dynamics 365 sales / order - dynamics 365 sales page? How to do that?  
    
    Please help me to find where I go wrong in the integration process.

    Hi @Revathi.T there are few things I would like to check from your end to analyse your issue.

    1. There are 2 setups one is Dataverse Connection Setup and one is Dynamics 365 Sales Integration Setup. Which one have you enabled as of now. Enabling Dynamics 365 Sales integration setup requires Dataverse to be done before hand.
    2. Make sure CRM and BC are in same tenant. Different tenant cause issues sometimes.
    3. In the Integration Table Mappings, check for Table filters and Integration Table filters. In Integration Table filters by default it applies filter to CRM's Account Table that only Accounts with Relationship Type Customers would be synced. Check the filters if they are causing some issues.
    4. Secondly, can you share the screenshot for integration table mapping for customer and field mappings as well. Check if Bi-directional sync is enabled for your case. 
    5. For Customers check if you have enabled sync only coupled records boolean in Integration Table mappings table or not. 
    6. When you are doing match based coupling as per above screenshot, I can see you have enabled Synchronize after coupling so you dont require to Run the Full synchronization again.
    7. After doing coupling check for the integration synch. job logs in integration table mappings page. Check for errors if your customer is sync is failing and what is the reason. 
    8. For Sales Quote have you customized anything for it?
    9. Can you share the error as well which you are getting while processing Sales quote/order synced from CRM.
     
    These will give more clarity about your case.
