We are having a issues with word templates not rendering to screen or printer for ourselves but they render fine for our client. Our client uses Citrix. Any of their users who run an invoice this way get the report to render to the screen and print no issues. Me their consultant cannot. I access their system 2 ways. 1. via a published application(same as all their users.) and 2. via a remote desktop connection on the actual server. Neither way will render the invoice to the screen for me. I have designed all their templates by sending them to email and looking at them that way and making edits. I really need to get this working as they have more and more work they need. I am trying to brainstorm what is different... I can work in word and design them....
I am not on their domain. Security difference somehow?? But what. Just not sure where to look. Any ideas?
